Sporty Picture Cake

Turn a party into a sporty event by creating this personalized cake where everyone plays and gets a piece.

What You'll Need:

Sheet cake (bake beforehand)
Photos of the "players"
Ribbon (in 2 "team colors")
Wooden skewers or toothpicks
Clear tape

How to Make it:

	Bake a sports field Before the day of the party, bake a sheet cake and decorate it to look like a football field. First, ice the entire cake with green icing. Next, fill a pastry bag with white icing and add lines to the cake to look like yard lines on the football field. Don't forget to add the numbers and the end zone! You can also décorate the cake like a soccer field. If you want to get extra creative, make goalposts by dipping pretzel sticks in melted chocolate and arranging them on parchment paper so that they are in the shape of a goalpost. Cool in fridge overnight, then assemble on your "end zones".
	Pack everything up Pack up the cake along with the goalposts and bring to the party.
	Snap photos of your guests As each guest arrives at the party, ask them to strike their most athletic pose while you snap their picture.
	Print your photos Print the 4-up or 9-up sheets of photos on a KODAK All-in-One Printer.
	Create the players Cut out each photo and tape each to a wooden skewer or toothpick.
	Pick teams Accent each skewer with a piece of ribbon to represent two different teams.
	Take the field Once all the "players" are done, stick them into the cake to make it look like they are teams on the field! May the best team win!
